In response to your suggestions for ways to unwind. It may be girly, but I really enjoy yoga, and certain kinds of meditation. I was really skeptical at first, but it forces you to concentrate on your breathing, instead of outside distractions. Other than that, I love reading a good book! Hope that helps!
Thank you anon. I shall try the meditation. Yoga doesn’t sound girly, I just think with my add it would bore me to death. As far as the meditation I have learned that I only can usually do one hour at a time though. Also, why anon yourself for relaxation advice? O.o Haha.
